Growing and care guide
Growing Instructions
- 1
Plant or repot in well-drained loamy compost during mild spring weather from April to June.
- 2
Active vine expansion occurs from May through September in bright, indirect indoor sunlight.
- 3
Tender to Kashmir's freezing winters; keep strictly indoors in heated rooms away from frost and cold window drafts from November through March.
- 4
Dormant during winter; reduce watering to once every 10-14 days from December through February.
Care Instructions
Water only when top 3-5 cm of soil is dry to touch; highly susceptible to root rot if overwatered in winter.
Provide bright, filtered indoor light; avoid direct sun which scorches variegated leaves.
Wipe broad leaves with a damp cloth periodically to remove dust and optimize indoor photosynthesis.
Keep in warm rooms above 12°C away from frosty window panes and cold drafts from November to March.
