Growing and care guide
Growing Instructions
- 1
Grow in a well-draining succulent potting mix in a container with drainage holes. Repot in spring when the roots become crowded.
- 2
Place in bright, indirect light or partial shade. The plant tolerates low light, although growth may be slower.
- 3
Keep indoors during Kashmir winters and protect from frost, freezing temperatures, and cold drafts.
- 4
Allow the potting mix to dry completely between waterings. Reduce watering considerably during winter when growth slows.
Care Instructions
Water thoroughly only when the soil has dried completely, and empty excess water from the saucer.
Avoid overwatering, especially in winter, as waterlogged soil can cause root rot.
Feed sparingly with a balanced fertilizer during active growth according to the product label.
Remove damaged or yellowing leaves at the base using clean pruning tools.
Inspect periodically for mealybugs and scale insects.
Keep away from pets and children, as ingestion can cause gastrointestinal upset.
